Sunday January 18th was the date of the 7th annual MLK tribute concert entitled "In the Name of Love" produced by Rhythmic Concepts, Inc. (RCI) held in Oaklandat the Scottish Rite Center. An amazing group of musicians and young dancer performed in including the Marcus Shelby Jazz Orchestra featuring Miss Faye Carol, Kenny Washington, Jeannine Anderson and Nicolas Bearde. Also performing was the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir, the Oakland Children's Children's Choir and Destiny Arts Youth Performance Co.
